SMB recently lodged a submission to the Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee in relation to the Bankruptcy Amendment (Enterprise Incentives) Bill 2017 more commonly known as the One Year Bankruptcy Bill. Whilst we can appreciate what the Bill is seeking to achieve, we anticipate that there would be some real and practical adverse implications if it were to come into force in its current form.
